HOVRS Introduces 411VRS

What's the address for...?
Tired of hunting for addresses and phone numbers online? Simply call 411VRS! Now deaf callers can also use 411 or directory assistance, thanks to 411VRS, a new service provided by Hands On Video Relay Service (HOVRS)!

"HOVRS has announced the availability of its newest service, 411VRS, which allows a person using American Sign Language (ASL) to connect to 411/directory assistance via HOVRS," said Ronald Obray, CEO. "411VRS is an exciting, easy-to-use service that HOVRS offers to make it simple for our customers to have equal access to information."

What's 411?
411 is a directory assistance service offering customers quick and easy access to phone numbers and addresses listed in white and yellow page directories. People looking for local restaurants or wanting the number of an old friend in their town can simply dial 411.

411 also provides reverse lookup for customers, finding the names of persons or businesses using a phone number or address. People everywhere use 411 daily because it's fast and easy.

411VRS is Free!
Until now, 411 was accessible only to voice callers for a fee. Thanks to 411VRS, deaf callers can now use 411 too - for free!
